Love it, thank you! How would I go about setting the starting point of the lights, my movie has a height of 1200 and I want the lights to begin at the bottom of the stage? Once again, thanks!
Open the blurry-lights.fla file. Bring up the actionscript on the main time line. There should be a line that says “light.init(500, 425, …”, change these numbers to the width and height of your stage.
Ed here again, thanks for the heads up on the stage issue (I used your suggestion and a mask, everything works great).
One more question. Is it possible to specify a set of specific colors (multiple) or maybe random colors?

I don’t know about random colours but you can set the colours in the main timeline actionscript.
